I. RESUMEN:

El objetivo central del presente trabajo es determinar si es conveniente o legalmente posible dictar una norma que restrinja o regule el acceso de menores al material pornográfico publicado en Internet, así como detectar actuales formas de difusión y la existencia de producción de pornografía infantil.Como punto de partida, definiremos algunos conceptos fundamentales para el tratamiento de la temática del mismo a saber.La muestra está compuesta por 60 individuos de los cuales 30 son mujeres y 30 son hombres.Los instrumentos que utilizamos como medio de investigación fueron un periódico y sitios web; para así tener un mayor panorama del tema. En los resultados se percibe un aumento de las denuncias relacionadas con el tema principalmente en los países con mayor uso de Internet.El 13% de las páginas web son identificadas con pornografía infante-adolescente, incluyen un link que permite ingresar a salas chat para establecer contacto con las/los modelos, incluyendo a las adolescentes.

SUMMARY:

The main goalof the present work is determinate if it’s convenient or legally possible dictate a norm that restricts or regulates the access of children to pornographic material published on internet, as well as detects current broadcasting forms and the existence of production of child pornography.As a starting point, we define some basic concepts for the treatment of the theme of the same that is.The sample wasformed by 60 people, 30 are women and 30 are man.The instruments that we used as a means of research were a newspaper and web sites to gain a better overview of the topic. In the results complaints related to the topic mainly in countries with greater use of the internet.The 13% of the identified web pages with child-teen pornography, they include a link that allows enter chat sites to establish contact with the models, including teens.
