WHAT DOES EDUCATION OF QUALITY MEANS?

Every person have right to enjoy of a good education. But this has become just an idea in modern times. There are thousands of people who don’t even have a primary education, even though other thousands do have a quality education. But what are we talking about when we say “education of quality”? This concept could have many meanings but there is one that may probably fit better: the base of an education of quality is divided into three, the Parents, the Motivation and, in a specific way, the Government Help.

Children from worldwide are not independent, because of their age. There are other persons who decide every single aspect of their life, the parents. Mostly there are two: mom and dad. Beginning with hire well trained teachers for the schools and universities build new and save constructions for students, and investing a relatively acceptable percentage of money (PBI) to make sure that the country is endowed with education of quality. Depending on whether the Government accomplishes or not these points, the education system would be good or bad. Peru, for example, just invests less
