In the eastern plains find varieties of animals and plants, due to climatic and environmental variety present. Frequently found as follows:

Rodents: capybara

Mammals: anteater, giant otter, vampire bat and, fox crab.

Felines: Cougars, tigers, lions, jaguars and bobcats.

Birds: Corocora, white heron, red heron, heron Pink, among others.

Reptiles: Snakes of all kinds (snakes anacondas, mapanás snakes, rattlesnakes, etc.), Orinoco crocodile, turtle tortoise, among others.

Amphibian: frog pipa.

Birds: Red Macaw with green and Orionoco Goose.

Fish: oscar fish.
