Dear Ian,

How are you? I´m fine. I´m happy here in Paris. It´s a very beautiful city and the people are very friendly. I have classes in French at Montpellier Institute. I´m in class with ten students and they´re from different countries: Japan, Brazil, Philippines, Italy, Colombia, Poland and Stockholm. Our teacher´s name is Brigitte. She is 26 years old, she is French and an excellent teacher.

I live in a small apartment with two girls: Kiara and Hikaru, Kiara is from Stockholm and Hikaru is from Philippines. Kiara is 25 and she is a musician. She plays the violin, Hikaru is 27 and she is a painter. They are very nice but it is difficult to understand them, they don´t speak English very well.

Paris is a big city, very excited but very expensive! The underground isn´t difficult to use and it´s cheap. It´s very cold now, but there are interesting places to visit like Notre Dme Church, the Eiffel Tower, the Arch of Triumph and many others. I am having a wonderful time!
