The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

The inner self is the true self. In order to realize our true self we must we must be willing to live without being dependent upon the opinions of others.

Don’t think, feel!

To live is to express oneself freely.

This Dharma I preach is to..

Not to regret about the things done…

Not to regret about what couldn’t do...

Not to regret about what went wrong...

Get rid of all the laziness…

To have a motivated mind and,

Live with content..

Be a witness, not a judge. Focus on yourself, not on others. Listen to your heart, not to the crowd.

If your mind is happy, then you

are happy anywhere you go.

When wisdom awakens within

you, you will see Truth wherever

you look. Truth is all there is.

It’s like when you’ve learned

how to read - you can then read

anywhere you go.

"Good actions motivated by wisdom lead to the awakening of deep happiness."

“When you release expectations, you are free to enjoy things for what they are instead of what you think they should be.”

The truth lies within you. If you're true in what you do, you'll meet with the truth. If you're not, you'll meet only with things that are fake and imitation.

The superior man is modest in his speech, but exceeds in his actions.

Our smile affirms our awareness and determination to live in peace and joy.

You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you are too busy, then you should sit an hour.

You only lose what you cling to

Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.

The man who has no evil cannot be hurt by evil.

The most important thing for you to do in this moment is to experience joy in each of your movements. Don't hurry to finish and go do something else. That is meditation! Meditation is offering your genuine presence to yourself in every moment. It's the capacity to recognize clearly that every moment is a gift of life, a gift from the Earth and sky.
