The great Israel-Palestine conflict, from a

Pro-Palestinian perspective

The Palestinian struggle for the territory and the recognition of fundamental rights and self-determination confronting forced displacements among others

In this war Palestine is the victim since The Zionist movement (a movement in favor of self-determination and statehood for the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland, the land of Israel), this movement helped the Jews take territory without the opinion of Palestine Starting with the region of the Gaza Strip, thanks to this several Palestinians were displaced.

In 1947 there was a proposal presented by the UN that consisted of the partition of Palestine into two states, one Jewish and the other Arab, the Palestinian Jewish community represented by the Zionists agreed with this proposal, but on the contrary, the Palestinian Arab leaders And the neighboring countries rejected it because they did not agree and did not respect their voice or their vote because of this and many more rights that Palestine and its inhabitants are being violated, I am against Israel.

That 1947 proposal was rejected since the Palestinian Arabs considered that the partition was unfair since more territory was given to the Jewish community than to the Palestinian Arabs, they opposed arguing that the territory had been historically Arab and Muslim and still the Jews. little by little they were gaining more territory regardless of whether they had to kill or displace people.

After the proposed partition of Palestine in 1947 was not carried out, the Palestinian population was happy and calm since they had not taken territory from them but they did not count on the 1948 or Nakba War in which the official State of Palestine was created. Israelis, violating the rights of Palestinians to housing, to life, among others.

Many rights were taken away from the Palestinian population, but the rights to life and housing were the most violated, as there were deaths and displacements of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

In conclusion, from my perspective, it can be seen that in this war the one that is being disadvantaged is Palestine, since as I said and previously argued through the history of this conflict, Palestine is the victim of this conflict, and the population as well, since rights have been violated such as the right to life, political, civil, religious, cultural, the right to security, right to natural resources (The Israelis have restricted and limited the access of Palestinians to water and other natural resources essentials), right to housing and property, among others. A large part of the Palestinian population is experiencing forced displacement and this has led to a high number of refugees.
