INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO

La inteligencia emocional y su influencia en el rendimiento académico de las estudiantes de primero de Bachillerato del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Beatriz Cueva de Ayora” de la ciudad de Loja, periodo 2011 – 2012

b) RESUMEN

Las adolescentes presentan casos graves de problemas emocionales, problemas relacionados con la relación parental, tienen dificultades significativas en cuando a sus relaciones sociales dentro del aula; tanto en la relación: docente - alumno, alumno – alumno, es importante mencionar también que para las adolescentes las relaciones sociales desempeñan un rol fundamental dentro de sus vidas, cuando no logran ser aceptadas dentro del grupo social sufren altos grados de ansiedad por miedo a la marginación y al rechazo de sus compañeras. Todo esto incide significativamente en el rendimiento académico y en todo el desempeño del rol como estudiante. Por tal motivo me he Interesado en buscar de alguna manera una solución a esta dificultad, razón por la que se propone el siguiente tema investigativo: LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO DE LAS ESTUDIANTES DE PRIMERO DE BACHILLERATO DEL INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TECNOLÓGICO “BEATRIZ CUEVA DE AYORA” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO 2011 – 2012 teniendo como objetivo general: Analizar la relación que existe entre la inteligencia emocional y el rendimiento académico de las estudiantes del primero de bachillerato; la presente investigación fue descriptiva, los métodos utilizados fueron el científico, inductivo deductivo, analítico y dialéctico que tiene como finalidad orientar metodológicamente el proceso de construcción del problema, el planteamiento de objetivos, análisis y selección del marco teórico para posteriormente proceder a la organización y fundamentación del informe de tesis mediante la recolección, tabulación y análisis de datos: las técnicas utilizadas fueron, el test de Inteligencia Emocional de Nelson Marcelo Aldaz Herrera; la población se constituyó por 354 estudiantes del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Beatriz Cueva de Ayora de la ciudad de Loja. Luego del manejo de la información se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: El nivel de inteligencia Emocional de las estudiantes de primero de bachillerato se encuentra liderado por la Autoconciencia, este el parámetro que más desarrollado tienen, seguido de Asesoría Emocional, y en último lugar está Control emocional; El nivel de rendimiento académico de los primeros de bachillerato según la media aritmética, es el siguiente: como valor más alto al paralelo A4 con 17.34 seguido del primero F2 con 16.63 y como valores más bajos tenemos: al A3 con 14.45 seguido del primero A6 con 14.97; correlacionando tenemos que; El primero de bachillerato A4, es el que alcanza el mayor puntaje en los cinco parámetros que comprenden la inteligencia emocional esto es en Autoconciencia, Control Emocional, Automotivación, Relacionarse Bien y Asesoramiento Emocional; La inteligencia emocional está directamente vinculada con el rendimiento académico, ya que el paralelo que posee bien desarrollado los cinco parámetros de la inteligencia emocional, es también quien ostenta el rendimiento académico más elevado.

For such a reason I have Been interested in looking for a solution somehow to this difficulty, reason for which intends the investigative following topic: THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND THEIR INFLUENCE IN THE ACADEMIC YIELD OF THE STUDENTS OF FIRST OF HIGH SCHOOL OF THE SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE "BEATRIZ CUEVA DE AYOYA" OF THE CITY DE LOJA, PERIOD 2011. 2012" having as general objective: To analyze the relationship that exists between the emotional intelligence and the academic yield of the students of the first of high school; the present investigation was descriptive, the used methods were the scientist, inductive deductive, analytic and dialectical that has as purpose to guide the process of construction of the problem methodologically, the position of objectives, analysis and selection of the theoretical mark stops later on to proceed to the organization and foundation of the report of mediating thesis the gathering, tabulation and analysis of data: the used techniques were, the test of Emotional Intelligence of Nelson Marcelo Aldaz Herrera; the population was constituted by 354 students of the Superior Technological Institute Beatriz Cave of Ayora of the city of Loja. After the handling of the information you reached the following conclusions: The level of the students' of first of high school Emotional intelligence is led by Autoconciencia, this the parameter that more developed they have, followed by Emotional Consultantship, and emotional Control is in last place; The level of academic yield of the first of high school according to the arithmetic stocking, is the following one: as higher value to parallel A4 with 17.34 followed by first F2 with 16.63 and like lower values have: to A3 with 14,45 followed by first A6 with 14.97; correlating has that; The first of high school A4. is the one that reaches the biggest puntaje in the five parameters that you/they understand the emotional intelligence this is in Autoconciencia, Emotional Control, Automotivación, to Be related Well and Emotional Advice; The emotional intelligence is directly linked with the academic yield, since the parallel one that possesses well developed the five parameters of the emotional intelligence, it is also who possesses the academic highest yield.
