Education is the transmission of knowledge of the teacher to the learner, and conducting the cycle of transfer of knowledge to new generations. There are different kinds of teaching methods: oral, written, memory, vision, hearing, etc. Each teacher has its own teaching methods, but the difficulties are far from traditional methods. The difficulties lie in the new generations; that’s why the methods are changing and increasing in number, to reach their minds and better absorption of knowledge that can lead result in a better quality of life for young people.

To reach a satisfactory education the teacher must have a thorough knowledge of the issues and subjects that will impart. Prepare teaching materials of various types may be from a drawing to a PowerPoint presentation. The materials have much impact on the learning process as they support the teacher in an attractive way for students, because these attract the attention of students to participate; but also the teacher leading the class should be aware that materials are just support, a class can’t be based just on visuals.

The importance of teaching the English language is a great need. By knowing the language that is used in many countries, new growth opportunities for the country and international interaction are presented, which is greatly needed in these times of globalization. Therefore, produce bilingual speakers it is vital for cultural enrichment and economic development.

The methods of teaching are important for the delivery of knowledge directed towards learning the second language. These methods are useful to acquire and strengthen the teaching of a second language. Thanks to the methods, knowledge is easier to assimilate and implement. There are methods of diverse nature: write, memorize, practice or listening, each of these methods help in strengthening the skills taught to students.

Audiovisual media are a group of techniques that gather images and sounds for quick understanding of information. Using audiovisual teaching it is based on the perception of the senses. As these teaching aids flashy colors, shapes, movements and sounds are supportive in teaching new subjects for teachers.
