It also contributes to a healthy life and eliminate any disease that may result in the future such as ; muscle spasms, joint pain , irritability, eyes, etc. . which originate from a row having a function in a given period of time .

The main idea is that regular exercise well done is probably our main ally to stay healthy. Physical activity is an important part of a healthy heart for life. Protect all individuals against the development of cardiovascular diseases.

More and more companies offering positions sedentary work. And is demonstrating the link between physical inactivity and the incidence of chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.
