Toast Grilled chicken with garlic and basil

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes

ingredients:

For chicken:

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon basil washed, disinfected and chopped

1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 dried chile de arbol, julienned

A touch of salt and pepper

1 1/2 clean chicken breasts, boneless, flattened semi

For the toast:

4 blue corn chips

1/2 cup refried beans

2 cups mixed lettuce leaves, washed and disinfected

1 tomato (tomatoes), sliced

4 tablespoons basil mayonnaise

Basil leaves washed and disinfected, to decorate

Preparation:

Mix in a bowl the oil, garlic, chopped basil, thyme, chile de arbol, salt and pepper.

Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for a few minutes on the grill and cook until cooked through.

Weapon greasing toast some beans, placing a few leaves of lettuce and a slice of tomato (tomato) on top. Serve them cut chicken fajitas and ends with a little basil mayonnaise.

Garnish with basil leaves and brings to the table.
