ACTIVITY 2: INFORMATION SYSTEM IN ENTERPRISES

Purpose:

Task 2: drafting of a glossary in English of thirty (30) terms and their definitions all them related to information systems, the presentation must be delivered in alphabetical order, from A... UNTIL the Z in Word, this can be an approach to the importance of learning a second language and the need for career-related.

Methodological process:

What to do with all the information of the unit No. 3, is:

1 - search for words of personal interest related to the themes of the subject.

2 - search for its English translation, place the term and its explanation in English, then under in Spanish and its explanation in Spanish.

3 remember to place an initial presentation with your student information page and placing the main objective of the work that is being developed.

4 - send to be evaluated within the established dates.

ACTIVIDAD 2: SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN EN LAS EMPRESAS

Propósito: 

TAREA 2: Elaboración de un glosario en ingles de treinta  (30) términos y sus definiciones todos ellos relacionados con los sistemas de información, la presentación debe  ser  entregada  en orden  alfabética, desde  la A...... HASTA   LA  Z en Word, Podrán hacer un acercamiento a la importancia de aprender una segunda lengua y la necesidad relacionada con su carrera.

Proceso metodológico:

Lo que  deben hacer con toda la información de la unidad No. 3, es: 

1-Buscar palabras de interés personal relacionadas con los temas de la materia.

2-Buscar su traducción al inglés, colocar el termino y su explicación en inglés, luego debajo en español y su explicación en español.

3- Recuerde colocar una página inicial de presentación con sus datos de estudiante y colocando el objetivo principal del trabajo que está elaborando.

4-Enviar para ser evaluada, dentro de las fechas establecidas.

DESARROLLO DE LA ACTIVIDAD 2

1. Analysis: Act separate parts of an element to study its nature, its function or its meaning.

Análisis: acto de separar las partes de un elemento para estudiar su naturaleza, su función y/o su significado.

1. Quality: name given to a process system, in terms of completed objectives planned at the beginning of the process. Concept: set of inherent properties to something that allows you to characterize it and evaluate it with respect to the remaining of its kind.

Calidad: Denominación que se le da a un proceso sistema, en cuanto a los objetivos cumplidos planeados al inicio del proceso. Concepto: Conjunto de propiedades inherentes a una cosa que permite caracterizarla y valorarla con respecto a las restantes de su especie.

1. Change: is known as the transition from one system to another. Concept: The action and effect of changing is known as change (from latin cambium). In many cases, is used as a synonym of replacement, Exchange or substitution. The verb change, for its part, refers to leave a thing or situation to take another.

Cambio: Se conoce como la transición de un sistema a otro. Concepto: La acción y efecto de cambiar se conoce como cambio (del latín cambium). En muchos casos, se utiliza como sinónimo de reemplazo, permuta o sustitución. El verbo cambiar, por su parte, hace referencia a dejar una cosa o situación para tomar otra.

1. Training: Scheduled activity that allows to obtain expertise brings a new information system. Concept: Training is the set of media that are organized according to a plan, for an individual to acquire skills, values, or knowledge, enabling it to perform certain tasks or perform in some specific, more effectively scope.
   

Capacitación: Actividad programada que permite obtener conocimientos acerca de un nuevo sistema de Información. Concepto: La capacitación es el conjunto de medios que se organizan de acuerdo a un plan, para lograr que un individuo adquiera destrezas, valores o conocimientos teóricos, que le permitan realizar ciertas tareas o desempeñarse en algún ámbito específico, con mayor eficacia.

1. Coverage: Define the scope that can have an information system, identify limits within the organization. Concept: The Word coverage means the effect of cover, place a blanket or fill some total or partially.

Cobertura: Define el alcance que puede tener un  sistema de información, identificar limites dentro de la organización. Concepto: La palabra cobertura significa el efecto de cubrir, de colocar un manto o llenar algo total o parcialmente (cobertura total o parcial).

1. Reliability: ability of a system to develop the required function, under conditions laid down over a period of time. Concept: and it can be defined as the ability of a product to make its function as intended. Otherwise, the reliability se can be also defined as the probability that a product it will perform its intended function without incident for a period of time specified and under conditions.

Confiabilidad: Capacidad de un sistema de desarrollar la función requerida, en condiciones establecidas durante un período de tiempo determinado.  Concepto: e puede definir como la capacidad de un producto de realizar su función de la manera prevista. De otra forma, la confiabilidad se puede definir también como la probabilidad en que un producto realizará su función prevista sin incidentes por un período de tiempo especificado y bajo condiciones indicadas

Control: Is a preventive and corrective mechanism adopted by the administration of a unit or entity that allows the timely detection and correction of deviations and inefficiencies and inconsistencies in the course of formulation, instrumentation, implementation and evaluation of actions, in order to ensure compliance with the regulations governing them, strategies, policies, objectives, goals, and resource allocation.

Control: Es un mecanismo preventivo y correctivo adoptado por la administración de una dependencia o entidad que permite la oportuna detección y corrección de desviaciones, ineficiencias o incongruencias en el curso de la formulación, instrumentación, ejecución y evaluación de las acciones, con el propósito de procurar el cumplimiento de la normatividad que las rige, y las estrategias, políticas, objetivos, metas y asignación de recursos.
