Interviewee: My name is Miguel Angel

Interviewer: Why do you want this job?

Interviewee: Because I have read that the school is requesting a teacher with the qualities that I have. I have always admired the institution for its educational quality and its high degree of commitment to the training of its students.

Interviewer: What are your strengths?

Interviewee: My strengths are my strong work ethic, punctuality and responsibility in class, as well as the ability to empathize and work as a team.

What are your weaknesses?

Interviewee: My personality is naturally very social, for this reason many times co-workers or the students themselves think that I am joking.

Interviewer: What is your academic background?

Interviewee: I studied Philosophy at the Archdiocesan Seminary of Toluca, and I am currently studying Psychology at the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences.

I was a teacher at Marco Tulio Ciceron Preparatory School, where I taught Ethics and Religion.

Interviewer: What are your favorite hobbies?

Interviewee: I have several, I really like reading, exercising, especially running, I like dancing, singing and watching movies with my family and my girlfriend.

Interviewer: Where do you see yourself in 3 years?

Interviewee: My goal at this time is to find a position in the institution where I can continue to grow and take on new challenges and responsibilities in favor of education. I would also like to finish my degree in psychology to continue training students.

Interviewer: Do you have any questions for me?

Interviewee: Yes. What is your teacher profile?

Interviewer: For me, a good teacher is one who not only teaches theories but also teaches how to live in different areas of society and sets an example with their way of life.

Entrevistador: ¿Por qué quiere este trabajo?

Entrevistado: Porque he leído que la escuela está solicitando un maestro con las cualidades que yo tengo. Siempre he admirado a la institución por su calidad educativa y su alto grado de compromiso con la formación de sus estudiantes.

Entrevistador: ¿Cuáles son sus puntos fuertes?

Entrevistado: Mis fortalezas son mi fuerte ética de trabajo, puntualidad y responsabilidad en clase, así como la capacidad de empatizar y trabajar en equipo.

¿Cuáles son tus debilidades?

Entrevistado: Mi personalidad es naturalmente muy social, por eso muchas veces los compañeros de trabajo o los propios alumnos piensan que estoy bromeando.

Entrevistador: ¿Cuál es su formación académica?

Entrevistado: Estudié Filosofía en el Seminario Arquidiocesano de Toluca y actualmente estudio Psicología en la Facultad de Ciencias del Comportamiento.

Fui profesor en la Escuela Preparatoria Marco Tulio Ciceron, donde enseñé Ética y Religión.

Entrevistador: ¿Cuáles son tus pasatiempos favoritos?

Entrevistado: Tengo varios, me gusta mucho leer, hacer ejercicio, sobre todo correr, me gusta bailar, cantar y ver películas con mi familia y mi novia.

Entrevistador: ¿Dónde te ves en 3 años?

Entrevistado: Mi objetivo en este momento es encontrar un puesto en la institución donde pueda seguir creciendo y asumir nuevos retos y responsabilidades a favor de la educación. También me gustaría terminar la licenciatura en psicología para seguir formando alumnos.

Entrevistador: ¿Tiene alguna pregunta para mí?

Entrevistado: Sí. ¿Cuál es tu perfil de profesor?

Entrevistador: Para mí, un buen maestro es aquel que no solo enseña teorías sino que también enseña cómo vivir en diferentes ámbitos de la sociedad y da ejemplo con su forma de vida.
