ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze, autonomy Venezuelan judge's violation of due process inherent in human rights under the Venezuelan legal system, to achieve that end on methodology, research type is employed, documentary, descriptive qualitative. Because attempts to present a correct interpretation of the realities of the fact, as a result, although evidence substantiating these powers there are not a violation of the fundamental principle of the right to defense and due process is. As data collection technique were used observation and survey research. In conclusion then presents a simple but pertinent analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of such guarantees of due process.
