1.- Declaran Los Señores asdfghjklñ{, Bajo Protesta De Decir Verdad, Ser Los Únicos y Legítimos Propietarios Del Bien Inmueble Materia Del Presente Contrato El Cual Está Identificado Como Departamento Número Interior 5 (Cinco), Ubicado Dentro del Lote 22 (veintidós), Manzana 7-B (siete Guión “B”) de la Calle Garcia, Colonia Espartaco, Código Postal 23456, México, Distrito Federal. - - - - - - - - - -

2.- Declaran Los Señores asdfghjklñdfghjklñ{ Que Le Otorga El Poder Amplio, Cumplido y Bastante, Cuanto Sea Necesario y Suficiente Al Señor asdfghjk,lsxdcfvgbhnjm,.dfghjk Para Que En Su Nombre y Representación, Comparezca Con El Carácter De Apoderado y Autorizado de “LOS ARRENDADORES” Ante “LA ARRENDATARIA” o Ante Cualquier Otra Persona Que Represente A Éste o Ante Cualquier Dependencia De Gobierno Del Distrito Federal o Cualquier Otra Autoridad Administrativa o Judicial De La Entidad, Para El Efecto De Que Defienda Todos y Cada Uno De Sus Legítimos Intereses, En Relación Con El Inmueble Que Hoy Se Da En Arrendamiento y Que Es Materia Del Presente Contrato, Otorgando Dicho Poder, Única y Exclusivamente Para Los Tramites De Cobro De Cada Mensualidad Que Por Concepto De Renta Deberá Entregar La Arrendataria, y en Su Caso Expedir El Recibo Correspondiente A La Mensualidad Cubierta y Finalmente Para Solicitar La Desocupación y Entrega Del Inmueble judicial, Extrajudicialmente o En El Momento En Que Fenezca El Plazo Que Se Pacto Para La Duración Del Presente Contrato o Por Alguna De Las Causas De Rescisión Previstas En Éste Mismo Documento. - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - --

PRIMERA.- ENTREGA DEL INMUEBLE: “LOS ARRENDADORES”, Señores TERESA REYES HERNÁNDEZ Y ELEAZAR REYES HERNÁNDEZ, Dan en Arrendamiento el Inmueble Identificado como Departamento Número Interior 5 (Cinco), ghjklñdfghjklñ México, Distrito Federal, a LA ARRENDATARIA” Señora sdfghjklñ{dfghnjmk,l.ñ-dfghj Para Destinarlo al Uso de Casa Habitación; y De Conformidad Con Lo Previsto En El Título Sexto Del Código Civil Vigente Para El Distrito Federal; Quien A Su Vez Acepta EL USO Y GOCE TEMPORAL A TITULO ONEROSO Del Inmueble Materia Del Presente Contrato.
