• Profile of the country: official name, official language, type of government, principal industry, population, per capita income, exports, imports, and religion. (5%) Gio

• The 12 negotiating variables: (Basic concept of negotiation, selection of negotiators, role of individual aspirations, concern with protocol, significance of type of issue, complexity of language, nature of persuasive argument, value of time, bases of trust, risk taking propensity, internal decision-making systems, form of satisfactory agreement) applied to the country. NOTE: Apply each one of the 12 variables to the country, not the definition of the variables, use research using citations and footnotes to support your investigation, please use APA format. • Hofstede´s Dimensions of the country: Include the 5 dimensions with the level (low, half or high) in that one finds the country in each of them and a brief justification of the levels aforementioned. (10%) Gio

• Interview with an expert in the topic: you must include the interview that you realized to the expert on the subject. The questions made to the expert will be evaluated; they have to deliver quality information. The questions must be about international negotiations and the subjects we have been seeing. If your interview lacks quality, I will know that you made it up, and I will not grade this part if this happens. Make at least 10 to 15 questions and answers. (30%) Luis
