El comercio de vida silvestre debería ser condenado como todo crimen.

La amenaza para la salud humana por el comercio de vida silvestre es un problema que ha sido ampliado por la crisis que está viviendo el mundo actualmente. Las personas están perdiendo trágicamente vidas, seres queridos, trabajos, etc. Sabemos que también está afectando nuestra salud mental con el aislamiento y la libertad de movimiento restringidos. La gente sufre. Estamos tomando el papel de los animales en este momento, así es como se sienten ellos cada que los encierran, privándolos de su libertad, y lastimosamente estos son víctimas que la mayoría no tiene en cuenta. Los animales son explotados para ser consumidos como alimentos, utilizados en medicina, viviendo como mascotas exóticas, son vistos como un entretenimiento para los humanos. Enfrentan miedo y sufrimiento, privados de la vida que tendrían en la naturaleza. Son tratados como unos simples productos y su bienestar es ignorado. Están presos en jaulas, se mantienen en mal estado de salud y muchas veces son asesinados para tomar partes de su cuerpo. Este es un negocio realmente cruel.

Se necesitará un esfuerzo de todo el mundo para acabar con esto. Si logramos terminar con este comercio, acabaríamos la crueldad hacia estos animales y protegeríamos nuestra salud, como se menciona en el artículo para este taller.
