1.- Was Nelson Mandela unfairly imprisoned ?

R= Yes. Because Mandela was fighting for an ethic cause, the freedom of its country. In the beginning Mandela had military believes, maybe in that moment was not so unfair to be jailed; after Mandela used pacific actions to free the people from the apartheid. He is a memorable character just like Gandhi or Luther King. Everyone used pacific strategies to succeed in the freedom of a demographic group.

2.- What are the main aspects or the Human Right aspects of this movie?

R=

-The fight for an ethic cause using pacific methods.

-Always searching for the realization of the society.

-Motivate the country with a message of hope.

-Equality in the community.

3.- What is the Apartheid and why it was allowed at the time?

R= Apartheid was segregation movement from the government that took racial actions against the black people, the original habitants of South Africa. Apartheid did laws to restrict the rights of job, health, land, and others of the black habitants of the country. This actions were allowed because the social environment in that time permitted it. A lot of African countries were owned by European forces.

4.- What does the narrator meant in the final poem with "master of our fate”. What's the ethical relation with this statement and the main topics of your session?

R= It means that everyone can control their reality, not because the environment is against you this have to defeat you. The only thing a person need to success is the attitude, the fate. The ethical relation to the course is the control of the environment.

In the Nike case, the company can give more humanistic conditions to the employees, this is the most ethic action could be done. Instead nothing is done because the environment in those countries are so permissive with the labor conditions, so no one cares if people are dying in the work place.
