Objectives:

  • Employing new vocabulary when speaking
  • Getting in touch with the real world´s situations
  • Discussing facts and opinions of others based on recent data

Instructions

Reading:

  • Choose three chapters from the book, Robin Hood.
  • Paraphrase the chapter. Remember not to change the context and the sequence of events in the story.
  • Choose 5 words from the chapter and write 1 sentence per word, consequently, illustrate each sentence.

Conversation:

  • Create a dialogue of at least 20 lines; (less or more than that, the dialogue will not be reviewed) using the same chapter used in the reading assignment.
  • Build creative paper puppets illustrating the characters immersed in the chosen chapter.
  • Perform a small role-play using the dialogue and puppets to tell the story represented in the chapter.

 

(If the student doesn´t bring the puppets, the storytelling will be immediately disregarded)
