Violence in educational institutions has been becoming an everyday occurrence that causes society a sense of confusion; due to the presence of a discriminating behavior, widely recognized as Bullying, a phenomenon that plagues thousands of families and specifically to young people from all ages in consequence come to its worst limits.
Bullying is an unbalanced interaction and it is considered as a physical, verbal, sexual and psychological abuse among students. According to several witnesses, Bullying has been becoming the leading cause of suicide among adolescents, plus it can have traumatic consequences for society itself.
Which is why, during the course of this discussion the characteristics of the roles played in this situation will be mentioned as well as some of the reasons leading to it. Starting, the student who is abused by his peers does not possess similar characteristics; it may well be an individual who achieves good grades, bad or poorly regular academic response; while demonstrating a reserved and respectful attitude that makes her personality is rather paradoxical, since despite being the main victim of offense and social exclusion he or she has the ability to meet the teacher and to meet their academic tasks; causing envy and jealousy among others, so he or she is strong and hence, bring more reason to hurt him or her physically and verbally.
Therefore, these descriptions are what make each day the classroom, rest or time to home the discharge, and it becomes the best setting for these students exert a fairly strong power to one of his or her companions. To this point the student starts to feel neglected and last but not least, begins to internalize a number of events that mark his or her life with negative emotions, leading to fatal outcomes such as the suicide.
What then becomes a real alarm; because there are already many cases were victimssuffered of such harassment, feeling alone are locked into a low self-esteem attitude and decide to end their lives; leaving their families plunged into deep sorrow to accompany them for the rest of their days. Becoming clear on this, that the most important thing in this destruction is not the action itself, but also the effects that occur in a particular group of people; because it is so shapes a circle that ends up being something vicious, consisting of a bully, a victim, and the complicity of those who look on and just see and better silent.
In conclusion then, with the general idea that the main objective of this paper has been to let you known what is the current term as Bullying, characteristics, consequences and mainly emotional traits of those who are part of this educational conflict. And mentioned as a possible solution, which is necessary for a joint reflection about where all the people involved in one way or another are becoming part of growth and mental development of each teenager is given;
