Bad habits

Throw the trash on the street is one the major bad habits since the majority of people do this, this bad habit causes that the trash we throw away on the street gets to the gutter impeding water circulation.

Another very common habits is to throw cigarette butts anywhere, this bad habit contributes alarmingly to the formation of plugs into our network of sewers, which drift in the flood which are very frequent in the rainy seasons.

As humans beings we have many habits of life. Many of then good and others not so. We all have bad habits.

Perhaps your is procrastinating, gossip or tardiness. One of the bad habits that can cost you work are:

*Tardiness

*Poor language

*Tantrums.

*Inefficiency

*Speak without thinking

*Lack of manners

Bad habits at work..

Lie.- Way more safe for any us lose the job suddenly and miserable us to have the habit of deflecting the truths and lie, even in small ways.

Negativity.- Yes, many of us often gossip or complain, but abused this practice and put your job at risk.

Tardiness.- Whether you have the intention of making it or not, being late shows lack of respect to the social office contract, as well as teammates who make an effort to arrive on time.

Addiction to social networking.- If you think that entering facebook 20 times a day does not interfere whit your work, you would be lying.

Language poor- When your hear someone using poor grammar of profanity, this translates into the belief that someone is ignorant

Bad habits of body language- Coworkers, managers or customers may receive some of their habits of non-verbal communication such as rude or little professionals.

Lack of attention- if ever these distracted could renege on the culture of the workplace

Bad habits that can hurt us

Cover the head while you sleep- Sleeping the head covered increases the carbon dioxide concentration in the brain, this hinders the natural ventilation that should the organ through the free breathing and causes harmful effects.

No breakfast- Those who do not have breakfast does not have a high level of sugar and proteins that requires body in the early hours of the day, because this prevents the degeneration of the brain than the time can cause an accident, dementia or alzheimer’s disease.

Lack of exercise- The journal neurobiology of aging says in an article that the human being should be physical activity to improve the structure and the functioning of the brain, keeping it healthy.
