Engineer visit for machines audits for complete overhauling (this quotation does not include parts replacement,

training or machine modification) and technical assistance and training for the project Minitas on one of your

CRLA15. (Please confirm your CRLA15 number of series in case of PO)

2 / SERVICE REQUIRED FOR YOUR APPLICATION

2.1 TECHNICAL VISIT AND ASSISTANCE

Technical Assistance on one of your CRLA15 and Audit of both CRLA15 by one technician

for 4 working days on site (YANBAL Colombia).

The hereby service will be scheduled and defined as followed :

_ Visit of a technician for an audit on your CRLA15# C1127 and C1340

during 2 working days on site

_ Technical Assistance and Training on one of your CRLA15 by

one technician during 2 working days on site for your

project Minitas

THE ABOVE SERVICE (Audit and Assistance) AT THE TOTAL PRICE OF 4.400, 00

Euros

As additional reduction, Citus Kalix will take in charge the 2 days of your both machines’

audit as described.

TOTAL PRICE charged to YANBAL after deduction of the Audit service.2.200, 00 €

CANCELLATION LIMITS: In case of any order cancellation, CITUS reserve the right to invoice

cancellation costs. The cancellation costs are equal to the cost of material which was purchased and /

or the labour cost.

- Payment Terms :

100% by bank transfer at 30 days date of invoice.

The minimum for an order is 100 €.
