BYPASS FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Established as a manufacturer and supplier of micro depth filtration in Europe, NTZ Micro Filtration now

offers these products in the United States thru NTZ Manufacturing USA, LLC. The key to the superiority

of the NTZ micro filtration bypass system is the unique radially wound depth type filter element in

combination with the patented sealing system of the element. We combine patented compression

technology with a radially wound depth type filter element. Multiple tension and compression elements

ensure that particles are not passed through with fluid and cannot be released due to system pressure

fluctuations. Furthermore, this patented technology preserves fluid integrity by absorbing water and

chemical contaminates that accumulate in fluids over time.

BYPASS FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Conventional oil filters alone can never filter effectively. They are placed in the main stream of the oil

circuit and need to be relatively porous in order to guarantee a sufficient flow of oil to the engine

lubrication area.

The best possible retention value of these full flow filters is approximately 15 microns, while the majority

of the contaminants are much smaller than 15 microns in size. Therefore, these particles will continue to

flow through any full flow filters with ease and remain in the oil circulation.

The NTZ filter is installed in the system in the bypass flow, which allows for the most effective filtration

possible, because a bypass is a small parallel circuit around the engine lubrication areas in which there

are no limitations on retention. The main stream and the full flow filter simply remain as they were, so in

case of a stoppage in the bypass filter, the main stream of the oil circuit stays intact. Hence, a bypassfilter

is very safe and reliable.

OPTIMUM MAINTENANCE EFFICIENCY

The NTZ-filter is a bypass oil-micro filter. It is applied on combustion engines as an extra filter, along with

the existing full flow filter, in order to achieve superior filtration of the lubricating oil. Because of this, the

oil, as well as the engine remain much cleaner. The result is that engine wear can be reduced

dramatically, engine performance will increase, while at the same time oil change / service intervals,

dependent on operating conditions, engine type, and oil quality can be extended to 2 ~ 3 times your

normal oil change interval.

This series of Low and High Pressure filtration products is assembled using inter-changeable components

with the exception of the Filter Base Plate. The Filter Base Plate for the high pressure filters is actually a

manifold that includes all your filter connection ports, two (2) auxiliary ports that can be used as test ports

or for a gauge, and also a pre-set by-pass pressure relief valve.
