SUMMARY.
Many times we are told how important it is to apply the 4Rs but they almost never explain to us the importance that this entails, I am a second year high school student and through the subject of English we were given the task of making a free topic project so I did it on the importance of applying the use of the 4Rs which are reject, Reduce, reuse and recycle, all these actions will be explained in the best way for all the people who will read this project, it will be investigated in the best way making known their importance and how we can apply them in our daily lives and thus be able to pollute the environment less.
What I would like to achieve with this project is to be able to reduce the pollution that exists on the planet because by buying products without being responsible we can reach a serious crisis, that is why these actions were created to provide solutions to pollution due to the products we use daily.
I hope you enjoy this project.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Learn and use the 4 Rs to reduce the pollution of the planet by the products that are used daily.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
- Learn about the 4Rs.
- Know how important they are for the care of living beings.
- Put its uses into practice.
- Run campaigns that help promote their uses.
JUSTIFICATION.
The times we have been told or heard about the 3Rs are many, but we almost never talk about the 4Rs which are the same, only one more rejection is added, it always tells us about what they are, but almost never about how important it is for us and for the environment, a person who talks to us about the importance of carrying out these actions is: Eng. Maricela Carrera Maridueña, an agronomy engineer, she and several ecologists get together and explain through magazines or surveys the importance of rejecting, reducing, reusing and recycling.
They also give us to understand about the benefit it gives to us and the environment, because these actions help us, even if it is a little, to reduce the pollution that we ourselves cause due to the excessive purchases we make and sometimes they are unnecessary.
And that's how I, as a second-year high school student, give my opinion on this issue, and it's just that the project gets into the right hands that can help us or that can make other people understand how important the actions that are done to provide a solution to pollution are.
My opinion is that everyone comes to reason about how important it is to be able to carry out these actions in order to make a change to our environment, a change that is good for both us and the planet, and this is not only a matter of one person but of all of us contributing in the slightest we can make a change all together.
INTRODUCTION.
This project is aimed at the general public, and has an understandable and clear structure for a better understanding.
It mainly consists of a summary, which can be seen as a brief and clear explanation of the subject.
Then you look at the general and secondary objectives which explain or imply why this project is being carried out.
The justification is the section where the researcher presents his point of view on the subject and reinforces it with an argument from a specialist in the subject, in addition to exposing his own idea of why the project has to be carried out.
The theoretical framework shows all the concepts on which the researcher based his or her work in order to carry out the project.
The evidence can be seen images of the subject.
Conclusion is a section where the researcher expresses his or her point of view that the researcher had on the subject.
Finally, there is the linkography which is the section that is used to put the pages on which the researcher based this project.
THEORETICAL MARK.
In this project that leads to reject, reduce, reuse and recycle, the following concepts were taken into account.
4R
The 4Rs in recycling are those actions that help to recycle which are mainly reduce, reuse and recycle, although there is another one which is to reject is not as well known as the other three, but it has the same function as the others which is to help pollute the environment less, these actions is a practice that absolutely all of us must carry out and promote as a habit in all countries to reduce levels of pollution and have a clean environment.
REJECT.
Rejecting is one of the first to be added to the three well-known, it consists of not receiving or buying any item that you don't really need, it can be anything from a plastic bag in the supermarket, to clothes or shoes that you really don't need.
REDUCE.
This first point covers different aspects of your lifestyle. It's not just about buying fewer products, it also involves responsible consumption in which you choose to buy something durable so you don't spend more inputs in the future. To do this, you can look for sustainable clothing brands whose products are resistant, choose good quality and energy-efficient appliances, optimizing the times when you use the washing machine and a number of flushes in the cistern.
