Maggie: What do you think about environmental problems?

Rosy: l think we shauld know about them and try to do something about it.

Maggie: I agree. If we don't s change the habits that affect the environment, we will kill our planet Earth.

Rosy: Yes, if we continue turning on linght that are not being used, we conribute to the global waeming problema.

Maggie: Is that true? Did you know that unless we stop burning fossil fuels, the global warming problem will increase?

Rosy: That s terrible.

Maggie:  You won't believe this! Deforestation is another environmental problem. Fewer trees mean less carbon dioxide conversión to oxygen. Unless we stop cutting down trees, we will contribute to increase the global warming negative effect

Rosy: Oh, no!

Maggie: Listen to this. There will be more floods in different countries all over the world, if the poles continue to melt because of global warming.

Rosy: As we know, an atmospheric condition such as climate change is an effect of global warming. Climate change causes droughts. If climate change continues, droughts will increase in different parts of the world.

Maggie: That s a pity! I think that the environment needs our help. The break is over; let s go back to the classroom.
