I think the videos were really interesting and they leave an important message to apply in our personal and professional life. Personally, I enjoy a lot the cheese parable, because it teaches us to face situations and deal with changes at work and life. Moreover, they show us that changes will always happen and it’s up to us to anticipate them and be prepared. We have to move on and learn how to adapt ourselves to new situations, so that we can enjoy them. Even thought it was a very simple video, it leaves important and useful lessons for our lives. Then, we learned some keys to success in business like the importance of having engaged employees. On the one hand, I didn’t know that 91% of people do not like their jobs; I found this percentage really disturbing.

However, I totally agreed with empowering people to make decisions and to let them do what they know. I think reducing hierarchy will make people feel more comfortable and working in teams can be more efficiently. On the other hand, we saw how people work at Google Company. I think we check that the work place do influence in the efficiency at work. We saw that happy people who enjoy their jobs work better. Furthermore, we saw a company that cares about the interests of their workers and wants to make them feel comfortable. Moreover, we saw that all these investments pay at the time of analyzing the performance of the workers. Finally, I found all the videos very educational, I learned a lot and I can apply many of these lessons to improve my performance in my daily life.
