Priceless bread
Everything starts from the aroma, a smell that goes into your noes until the depth of your being, that succulent aroma that is impossible to pass unnoticed, because it causes a unique sensation inside your body, that makes your mouth water. In that magic and glorious moment your mouth prepares to receive the incredible combination of flour, water, salt and with a unique touch of chocolate.
Once you get to feel this marvellous sensation, you will remember the moments that you spent with your mother walking around your city, crossing all around the bakeries, watching how the families spent an excellent moment sharing a bread, chocolate bread, a croissant, a fruit bread, any type of bread, any flavour, that was the thing that makes bread the most wonderful thing, that it doesn’t matter the way it was, and without seeing it you will know for sure that you will have in your mouth a piece of heaven in a few minutes, and that will makes you smile.
Besides the incredible aroma, flavour and texture, the bread its synonym of happiness, of union, family, you can always share a bread and everyone will be happy and wordless, it transmit happiness, since the process, when the Baker its getting ready with his apron, his cotton baking gloves, with the trade ready to go into the oven, you can se his happy face, always smiling, because he knows that what his baking its going to bring a thousand of happy faces and happy families.
Finally, after a long walk with your mom you decided to take a sit in this wonderful bakery in a lovely summer sunset. She orders a croissant and you making the hardest decision because everything its delicious, decides to order a chocolate bread, each sharing and testing each other plate, you realized that special moment, full of peace, love, laughs and accompanied by your mom and bread, its priceless.
