As human beings we seek to build a society in which men and women can live together in equality and without discrimination. Roles define actions and the expectations and standards that a society established on how to act and feel ad person based on who is a woman or a man. Female roles are known as to be related to all tasks associated with reproduction, breeding, care, emotional support and staying in mainly at home. The male roles are associated with tasks that have to do with the production, maintenance and financial support, mostly developed in what people call the “outside world”.
Our understanding of what it means to be a woman or a man evolves during the course of life. We are not born knowing what is expected of our sex however we have learned in our family and in our community through generations. What we learn through life have to do with culture, community, family, and group relations and with each generation with the course of time.
The women's reproductive roles refer not only to the activities related to biological reproduction give birth and raise their daughters and sons, or daily maintenance workforce. Unfortunately, while we educate the genaral culture to treat everyone with the same rights and privileges, by history, we noticed how women have been neglected in this regard. Before women's human rights were very unfair, they could not vote, sometimes not work and everyone expected them were only housewives. The women were physically abused and nobody did anything about it. These things were improving and increasingly women began to be more important and taken more seriously in society, politics, and education.
One of the things that differentiates men from women in different cultures relates to their expression of emotions. The man never cries, he’s from the street, works and supports his family, should be well cared for at home. The woman is a screamer, they are from home, should do only domestic work, must care for their children and husband.
