This movie is about a girl named Andrea Sachs just-graduated in journalism is hired to work as the second assistant of the powerful and sophisticated Miranda Priestly, the ruthless and merciless executive of the Runway fashion magazine. Andrea dreams to become a journalist and faces the opportunity as a temporary professional challenge. The first assistant Emily advises Andrea about the behavior and preferences of their cruel boss, and the stylist Nigel helps Andrea to dress more adequately for the environment.

First of all it’s the interview for example: in the movie one of the errors committed by Andrea is not being informed of the runways, because it is very important information of business activity in which you want to work. Another important point is that you must be dressed appropriately, and show you safe (Andrea for a moment did not show you safe in front of your possible boss). I think what helped her get the work in runway magazine is that she defended your best qualities. I think when really want to get a job in some place in this case is runway magazine you have to secure there you’re really want to work in this place y give your best in all the activity you’ll realized in this company.

About working ethics: I think the most obviously bussines ethical issues in this movie were the abuse of power and privilege of Miranda toward her employers. For example Miranda did not care who the personal was, she was more interested on the job being done-resemblance of tyrant where he order everyone to be the same in aspect. She has not interpersonal skill, she just orders people around and does consider at your employers part of the team just means of completing her wants when she wants. Another bussines ethical was workplace mobbing and followership and how they evoked socialization.

I think when Andrea sought the help of Nigel to change and adapted to the runway norms, value, and adjusted to her position in runways and changing her self-image, she becomes in the best assistant and finally she showed Miranda many essential quality’s in an employee, the most important quality the adaptation to the company.

In conclusion I liked this movie because show us many scenarist that could be find in a real job for example: we don’t know who can be our boss (maybe someone like Miranda) and in all company’s has a many different environments and you have to adapted and always give your best in the activities you realized, because the competition is very hard. In this case Andy give your best in all of she did and finally get her dreaming job like a journalist and get a request of Miranda.
