Healthy conexión is a company that provides employee assistance services and specializes in training. During 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, employees of any company that hires us receive psychological, legal and financial support over the phone from qualified professionals.

We also support Human Resources by providing help in handling difficult situations and critical incidents, supporting managers in dealing with any difficulties. Our work also includes support in expatriation situations, psychosocial risk prevention, stress prevention training, smoking, work/life balance and cross-cultural training among others.

Our services are free of charge for the employee and always confidential. As far as training is concerned, we can carry out macro-trainings all over Spain since we have specialists all over the country.

We are currently developing a training project for primary care physicians that includes courses in stress, public speaking and management of difficult patients.
