ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EL SALVADOR.

What is an entrepreneurship?
“It is starting a business at your own risk after analyzing all opportunities and threats, is one who organizes a new business venture in the hopes of making a profit. Entrepreneurship is the process of being an entrepreneur, of gathering and allocating the resources financial, creative, managerial, or technological necessary for a new venture's success.”

One entrepreneur person has a personality that is different from those of normal person, because they have creative solutions to difficult problems may make or break the young and growing business; the ability of an entrepreneur to find unique solutions could be the key to his or her success. Inside of one society the entrepreneurs project are playing a special widely participation because they are gaining involvement in the economic system as well as in the international market like a dynamic growing. Is important say that they are taking part in the Labor market like hiring people and this help to improve the economic situation in one country as a result entrepreneurship is a key driver of our economy.
The crucial of the Entrepreneur projects is that are growing slowly in our country, and this kind of project could be become a microenterprise, in El Salvador is easy to find people selling on the sidewalk, more women than men, because we can find many women working with a small business where they are heads of households. Entrepreneurs are the protagonists of economic growth and we cannot make a measurement about how many entrepreneurs are in our country. Nevertheless, is possible find foundation that is helping all kind of this project, like FONDEPRO and CONAMYPE. We can find some professional in our country that they want to get a job, but they do not want to create their own companies, in my own experience I can say that the problem is our culture because in every Salvadoran university there are just careers with a poor teaching about entrepreneur and that is the problem, an interesting note is that only low-income people are creating businesses and as people who have a university degree does not want to build their businesses. Nevertheless, we have seen many types with entrepreneurs’ projects; we will find this kind of type of projects in organization like FEPADE, FEDECACES and a few universities. A few universities have a program for build these projects but just like a school project is not like a real business.
Is important to build a business environment that promotes good ideas and this for entrepreneur mean: universities, organizations and local governments working together for entrepreneurship.
