Paycheck

I know that payroll processing is performing many tasks to ensure paychecks in time and accurate. I would define this as preparing finance for other businesses, and the sum of financial records of salaries for employees to get payed. Different way to get employees payed for their work is by banking process, having their own bank account where they get deposited there.

I have taken risks in order to achieve an important goal, I was risking freedom, my goal was to achieve higher mark on tests and quizzes and I had to spend more of my free time studying.

Tom Galisano worked for Electronic Accounting Systems, he had a job at Eastman Kodak Co. and Xerox Corp., and a bank vault when he was in high school.

Galisano’s salespeople where expected to make 50 calls per week, 8 personal presentations, and at least 3 sales.

In his childhood, his parents weren’t very lucky economically, and sank into bankruptcy, and while seeing his father being very mediocre he “was always looking to figure out how he could get ahead.” and he was a mediocre high school student.

Galisano’s sister, wife and first employee each benefit him because when he was struggling to find someone who would lend him a big loan for his computer system in order to start his company, his sister agree to help him with a $30,000 loan. His wife benefited because he said he that “all the long hours created a lot of stress, and it was very though financially.” and made him move forward. Because Galisano couln’t pay himself he relied on his wife Gloria who ran a nonprofit business to support the family and for months he used his credit card to pay Angelidi’s salary. Kathy Angelidis, his first employee just graduated form collage benefited to him because they printed out “W-2 form on New Year’s Eve” and putted a lot of hours at work, 100 hours a week.

A conclusion I can make about Galisano the type of politician he would be if he was elected into office is that he would be very hard worker and would not rest until he accomplish his goal. He would be very outstanding and would always want to help other people around the country by building places where they can help and attend all different kind of people and he would be very responsable dealing with money. He would be a good leader because he is always motivated to start new things and take risks and new changes.
