SUMMARY
1. People who intend to commit suicide, have features and suspicious behavior and must be addressed immediately.Many people believe that only crazy people commit suicide. Actually, anyone could do it, everyone has the same risk.
2. The behavior of a person who wants to commit suicide, gives a distress signal.
3. A suicidal person lives but has a desire to end their pain. A suicidal person looking for a reliable person to talk. If a suicide is addressed to you, you must listen though his conversation is quite negative, talk to you makes him feel better.
4. You must provide and receive help early.
5. There are books and therapies for suicidal people but they will not increase the pain, they believe that by exposing your problem will be rebuked and insulted.
6. You must listen.
7. You could help if you are willing to listen, the suicidal person just wants to be heard without reprimands and you could express a passive attitude. He needs to vent.
8. ASK: are you having thoughts of suicide?
9. You must show interest in the subject of a suicidal person. They appreciate knowing that there is someone interested in their problems.
10. If a person is seriously suicidal, you must not leave it alone.
11. If your child tells you that you have problems, you must not scold him, you must help him.

suicidal people go through changes and are not difficult to spot as they are all negative. Changes that occur are :
• Sedentary
• isolation
• frustration
• Poor performance in their activities
• Feelings of worthlessness
• Deep pain
Suicidal people do not perform their activities as they used to because they think that everything they do is wrong and they feel like a nuisance. They are isolated from the rest because they do not want to upset.

1. You should play sports: If you play a sport, you could raise your self-esteem
2. You should get out more: when you're with your friends keep your mind on the activities and you could discover new things.
3. You should take responsibility for your actions: the people with responsibility have the ability to overcome their problems and find a solution.
