The question of consumption and legalization of marijuana has been the stuff of much debate in the political circles of various countries, so too as the different social spheres. Although beyond discussing the harmful effects of the herb, or sis or damage is worse than doing Snuff, or if more bad than alcohol, or just discuss the medicinal effects of this plant, as controversial. The real debate as I have understood is in freedom and the right to self-determination, the right to have anyone over age decide for yourself if it is good or bad for his life. So the question arises, human beings are not free? Does the government have a duty to protect us from what they consider harmful to us? In this essay I will be exploring the controversial issue of the legalization of marijuana.
We have to accept that marijuana is a narcotic, and can cause damage as well so is good for some diseases. Only we have to stop censorship, we must accept that every citizen is free to do and say what you feel, any organism can decide if good or bad for the eyes of the citizenry. But when it comes to marijuana and self-determination consciously choose their consumption, there is no agreement. This is double standard act as sip or one hand say we believe in the right and freedom and the need construer tolerant society that respects the diverse opinions of others, we cannot impose codes of conduct based free citizens moral conceptions of the past, old fashioned.
We must bear in mind that this discussion is to set up due to the controversial situation that many people have been helped by this famous plant. Hence comes the fact of wanting to legalize it for people who need to have easy access to it. Another advantage would be that it is very possible that the decrease illegal sales and so comes at the hands of minors. We must bear in mind that people are ill as HIV patients are candidates to use it, because it increases the appetite, and is of great help to them. It also tells us Dreisbach, C. (2013) that patients with HIV who live in the state's doctors recommend them to smoke small amounts of marijuana to help them ease some of the pain.
As we said Shea, B. (2012) that early marijuana dispensaries opened in coast which is a meeting place between marijuana patients and providers who are licensed. In some states of the union and marijuana is used for medicinal purposes, as for example in the state of Michigan voter-approved in the year 2008. But this law only protects those who have a license to sell and those who have a doctor's prescription to use. In this case, patients have to be registered with medical conditions such as cancer, glaucoma, HIV, hepatitis C and other conditions multiple sclerosis APPROVED by the Department of Community Health Michigan. This allows people who are registered to grow marijuana in amounts blocked installation.
But there is also a person who has a minor child and is afraid that her child will be more freely exposed to marijuana use. This is greatly disturbing as these permissions into irresponsible hands could create a catastrophe of unimaginable CONSEQUENCES. Dreisbach, C. (2013 is worrying that these permissions fall into irresponsible hands, and create a crisis among youth’s for that some citizens are opposed to this practice of using marijuana or rather its legalization, because their small would be exposed. Due these permits to marijuana put at the disposal of anyone who claims an evil and have to buy a license.
The legalization of marijuana is a topic of great social interest, and only seek to publicize the benefits that can lead to make it legal. What I think that if l is of great benefit marihuana that acts as a strong analgesic against Dolores causing many existing diseases, should be put aside social criticism that causes this issue of legalization, should look the way society understand that today we are living, and I think we should open more our intellect be more open to one of this plant so beneficial to some and detrimental to others.
Now we also have the legal aspect of our laws which have obligation to respect. The state allows people with their license grow their weed plants, the problem here as a mother is that I am often dishonest people will make use of this law in order to make money, to sell to the best bidder where children are targeted by these thugs. The law has to be aware it is very difficult to make a determination based on that. This would be like illegal immigration example, they were given permission to those who were already here, but that does not end with this illicit trade, and the same goes with this topic of marijuana legal if they do, people will rather exposed their children.
In a Herald - Journal (2013) says that marijuana should be legalized, also said that the legalization of it would generate millions of additional
