a) Different ways to start a session in Microsoft power point 2010
START BUTTON
1. Click on the start button
2. Select the options all programs
3. Choose the option Microsoft office
4. Click on Microsoft power point
DESKTOP
1. Double click on the shortcut in the desktop.
b) Main elements of the screen of Microsoft excel and its graphical environment of operation
1. File menu: button that is used to display a menu, you can open, save, print and other options
2. Quick access toolbar: the area where you can personalize the most used command buttons of PowerPoint.
3. Ribbon: display the different tabs. Home, insert, design, animations, slide show, review and view.
4. Slides and outlines: ways to visualize the presentation.
5. Status bar: is observed the slide that is active and the total of slides that composes the presentation.
6. Area for the design of the slide: insert clip arts, word art, shapes and other objects.
c) Describe the different types of view
1. Normal: you can observe the design area of the slide where mainly all the objects of the slide are manipulated.
2. Slide sorter: you can observe the slides in miniature form, this view permits to change the order of the slides.
3. Notes page: you can observe each of the slides in a particular form.
d) Procedure to create a new presentation
It is opened in a predetermined way in the design area a new file with the name Presentation1. This can change its template or theme or style of the available power point.
e) Procedure to save a presentation
1. Click on file menu, select the option save as.
2. Open the folder where the file will be stored.
3. Type the name of the file and click on the save button.
f) Procedure to open a presentation
1. Click on the file menu, select open.
2. Open the folder where the file is stored.
3. Select the file and click on the open button.
g) Procedure to print a presentation
Click on the file menu and select the option print and there you can manipulate the printing of the presentation.
