→ Together these three levels give you access to Facebook's most powerful tools which is data & algorithm ad theory.

User data and their algorithm Facebook gathers thousands if not millions of data points on their users like age, gender and habits then sorts all this information to group users into thousands if not millions of unique categories.

By categorizing their users facebook gives advertisers a huge advantage by allowing them to target very precise purposes of people.

Facebook has a very smart prediction algorithm that can find the customers for you. Their powerful prediction algorithm will let you find tons of potential customers with high accuracy and minimal audience research.

→ Facebook Pixel: a bridge between your customers' data and Facebook's prediction algorithm.

By installing the pixel on your store Facebook gets to track user behavior as a watcher ad and visit your store as more data is fed through the pixel their algorithms predictions become more accurate and Facebook optimizes your advertisements towards the right groups of users.

→ Creatives for Testing: a term that refers to the photo or video that you will use as an advertisement.

The strategy involves five different phases for testing and scaling in products but the first step is to have a few different creatives.

Make sure to make more than one since the creative will have a major influence on the performance of your advertisements and you'll want to test more than just one.

→ Strategy Overview:

Phase 1: Campaign Setup

→ Create all campaigns using the “Quick Creations” button.

Ensure that the Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) is turned on. This allows Facebook to distribute your budget effectively across ad sets.

Set a daily budget for your campaign. It's recommended to allocate a daily budget that's approximately 1/10 of your total daily budget. If CBO is on, divide your total daily budget by 5 for your campaign.

Choose the "Purchase" conversion objective, as it's the most relevant for a dropshipping business.

Select your target location. Preferably, choose ePacket countries as they usually have faster shipping times, which can improve customer satisfaction.

Set the language to English unless your ad and website are in another language.

For detailed targeting, use interests that closely match your product niche. Start with audience sizes over 1 million to reach a broader audience.

Exclude certain audiences that might not be your target customers, such as "dropshipping" to prevent competitors from seeing your ad.

Keep the placement as "Automatic Placements" to allow Facebook to optimize your ad delivery across various platforms.

→ Optimization and Delivery:

Leave the optimization and delivery settings as they are by default, typically set to "Conversions" with a one-day click or view attribution window.

→ Ad Creative:

Choose either a single image or video format for your ad. The single image format is recommended for beginners.

Ensure your thumbnail or image has minimal text. Too much text can negatively impact your ad's reach.

→ Craft the primary text of your ad. Start with a simple explanation of what your product can do for customers, followed by an offer (e.g., 50% off for a limited time), and finish with a strong call to action (e.g., "Shop Now" with two arrow emojis).

Add a headline for your ad. The headline should be concise and typically includes the name of your product, e.g., "Automatic LED Motion Lights."

Write a brief description that complements your primary text. This description is shown under the headline and may not appear in all placements, so it's less critical.

Set the destination URL to your product page. It's recommended to send users directly to the product page to streamline the purchase process.

Choose the call-to-action button at the bottom of your ad, such as "Shop Now."

→ Duplicate Ad Sets:

Duplicate your ad set multiple times to create various audiences for testing purposes.

→ Data Analysis - After 2 Days:

After your ads have run for two days, analyze their performance. Metrics to consider include cost per result, CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions), cost per click, and more.

Identify the best-performing ad creatives and audiences. The goal is to find the most profitable combination of creative and audience for your product.

Phase 2 - Scaling

→ Scaling Winning Ad Sets:

Duplicate your winning ad sets. This increases the budget and reach of your successful campaigns.
