Section 1 (can be one or more paragraphs): What is the problem as you see it? Make sure to explain the parts/characteristics for those who are not familiar with the topic.
The problem was called “Net Neutrality” and this is an idea of the Obama’s government in order to ensuring a free and open Internet because he said that this is the only way that we can preserve the Internet's power to connect our world. That's why the President has laid out a plan to do it, and is asking the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) to implement it.
The president Obama is asking for apply some rules to the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) as: No blocking (costumer request), No throttling (Nor should ISPs be able to intentionally slow down some content or speed up others), Increased Transparency (equal connectivity, no special treatment) and No paid prioritization (No service should be stuck in a “slow lane” because it does not pay a fee).
However, some analysts believe that Obama is acting simply as an unconstitutional dictator because all the digital information will have to flow through the government fingers and then they are going to decide which website will be blocked or permitted. Therefore, this could be something unconstitutional because will regulate the right of free speech.
Section 2 (can be one or more paragraphs): What is your solution to the problem? What does the situation look like after we use your solution?
There is no doubt that some important ISP companies limited the internet to attain personal targets and this is something that governments must regulate because the internet is a common need nowadays. Nevertheless, some politicians always hide their real motives and people should be on known about this issue of "Net Neutrality" because this could change the way how we use the internet as a diffusion media.
Therefore I suggest that this decision got to be defined by popular elections in order to support the democracy and listen the people's opinion; Furthermore, it would be positive for the Obama's government because some people believe that he is a dictator and he is trying to impose policies in order to limit the free speech like in China and Russia.
If the “Net Neutrality” is approved by popular elections, people must be alert that the main objective of this issue is the real target that the government is going to apply because this could be utilize to limit our free speech and other rights unconstitutionally.
