S Fundamentos Epistemológicos De La Metodologia Cualitativa

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo revisar los fundamentos epistemológicos de la metodologia cualitativa, para lo cual se analizan los paradigmas: Crítico Social, Dialógico y Constructivista, con especial énfasis en el último. Se plantean lãs principales diferencias con la metodologia cuantitativa, examinándose (1) Las maneras de concebir la naturaleza del conocimiento y de la realidad, (2) Las formas de entender la naturaleza de las relaciones entre el investigador y el conocimiento que éste genera y (3) El modo de construir el conocimiento, entre otros criterios. Finalmente se plantean algunas características propias y los principales problemas que enfrenta la metodología cualitativa en la actualidad. The present article has as objective check the foundations epistemológicos of the qualitative methodology, for which the paradigms are analyzed: Social Critic, Dialógico and Constructivista, with special emphasis in the last one. Principal differences appear with the quantitative methodology, examining (1)Being analyzed the ways of conceiving the nature of the knowledge and of the reality, (2) The ways of understanding the nature of the relations between the researcher and the knowledge that this one posibility and (3) The way of building the knowledge, between other criteria.
