Yearned for independence

``198 year ago, a handful of patriotic that had developed their progressive ideas from the culture of the most visionary political and philosophical currents of their time, has been deciding to take advantage of the political conjuncture in Spain, that stops that date was under the control of the Napoleonic Empire, to demand the independence of Ecuador. This action would mark the beginning of the process of liberation of the entire American continent colonized by Spaniards´´.

Ecuador being one of the smallest countries in South America, is one of the richest and biggest countries talking about the quality of its people, its amiability, its simplicity and its courage (qualities present thank to our brave ancestors that fought for us in our disputed territory) to face new and challenge goals.

The first shout of independence showed what the Ecuadorians are able to do when we are being treated unjustly and worse even mistreated. So many years of submission to the Spaniards, it caused that our ancestors had filled of anger and value to face them and to protest what legitimately belonged to us: our beautiful earth small piece called Ecuador.

Now which they have spent almost two hundred years of this historical act, all the Ecuadorians we remembered it with joy and we felt but proud of being them and of to have been born in this country, surrounded by many trees, great rivers, incredible cascades, magnificent mountains, huge and green forests where you do not have to pay to visit them because they are things that belong to us for being Ecuadorian
