Introduction
In this project different experiments and will help us to know a lot about them and also some things that will have reactions. We were surprised by some things that we imagined they could do.
In each experiment materials, steps and conclusions Ref and thus know how to do the steps, such as making conclusions.

Make a tornado in a bottle
Specific Competency: Interpret and write instructions to perform a simple experiment
What you´ll need:
Water
A clear plastic bottle whit a cap (that wan’t leak)
Glitter
Dish wasning liquid
Instructions
Fill the plastic bottle with water until it reaches around three quarters full
Add a few drops of dish washing liquid
Sprinkle in a few pinches of glitter
Put the cap on tightly
Turn the bottle upside down and hold it by the neck Quickly spin the bottle in a circular motion for a few seconds, stop and look inside to see, it you can see a mini tornado.
What’s happening?
Spinning the bottle in a circular motion creates a water vortex that looks like a mini tornado. The water is rapidly spinning around the center of the vortex due to centripetal force (an inward force directing an object or fluid such as water towards the center of is circular path).

String Phone Project
Specific Competency: Interpret and write instructions to perform a simple experiment
What you’ll need:
2 paper cups
A sharp pencil or sewing meddle to help poke holes
String
Instructions
Cut a long piece of string, you can experiment with different legths but perhaps 20 meters (66 feet) is a good place to star
Poke a small hole in the bottom of each cup
Thread the string through each cup and tie knots at each end to stop it pulling through the cup (alternatively you can use a paper dip, washer or similar small objet to hold the string in place)
Move into position with you and a friend holding the cups ast distance that make the string tight.
One person talks into the cup write the other puts the cup to the par and listens can you hear each other?
What’s happening?
Speaking into the cup create sound waves which are converted into vibrations at the bottom of the cup. The vibrations travel along the string and are converted back, into sound moves at the other end so your friend can hear what you said.
