Formulation of problem

Nowadays, in the city of Santa Ana de Coro, Falcon state, there do not exist establishments that offer to the population a service of seam and repair of dressing quickly and efficiently. That is way this project takes as a principal end satisfies or fills this emptiness as for this service refers.

Traditionally, the composure and maintenance of cloths has been used always by all kinds of persons like, children, and clothes shops. The intention is to attend the needs of the persons who work, they sell clothes for lady and gentleman or housewives who do not have time and need from this service, for an emergency, an event and themselves cannot do it.

Through this investigation one wants to know the possible behavior of the market in all that the opening of a workshop of seam and repair of cloths in a relatively quick time and the prices that adjust to the reality of this market which is going to be name Seam express.

General aim:

• To know the feasibility of opening a workshop specialized in repair of cloths across the study of the behavior of the demand in the zone, the possible competitors, as well as the price and the possible means of commercialization of the service.

Specific aims:

• Determine the existing demand for the opening of a workshop of seam and repair express of cloths in the city of Coro.

• To realize a study of possible competitors in the zone and this way to be able to determine the price of the service that the company wants to offer.

• To study the behavior and the levels of revenue of the segment of the population whom the service will be directed to offer a reasonable price according to their needs.

• Determine the way of commercialization more effective to announce this service.
