La importancia de la interacción entre perros guía y de las personas ciegas

Since long time ago dogs have been the best friends for humans, having a great relationship between them .

Dogs have a big variety of talents, and this is the reason why humans have a convenient relationship with them. Some dogs happily perform very demanding jobs for much of their lives putting in a full day´s work like the rest of us.

i´m going to talk about a remarkable kind of dogs : "The guide dogs"

Guide dogs are assistance dogs trained to lead blind and visually impaired people around obstacles , they provide an invaluable service to humans .Every day, they help their masters to get from place to place more safely.

Some important aspects from a guide dog are:

+ The dogs have to be social and obedient , they only move with the instructions of their owners.

+This type of animals is domestic

+The dogs have to be medium size because it´s more comfortable for their owners , the breeds commonly used are labrador, golden retriever or german shephered.

In several countries it´s permitted the presence of guide dogs , along with most service and hearing dogs, in places such as restaurants and public trasportation according to the goverment policies .

In conclusion it´s interesting to realize about the importance of the interaction between guide dogs and blind people and the independence tha this kind of dogs bring to their owners .It´s also important to highlight that the relationship between a guide dog and a blind person becomes more than a pet -owner relation , because it´s more like a partnership.
