Centro Guasave, Sinaloa, compliance with terms and conditions related to Mexico, expiring on December 06th 2015.

This Letter Of Credit is issued to guarantee the compliance and the quality required, Cupcakes Kaams is a company with high standards of productivity, and is always attached to the client’s specifications.

This document contains the terms based on the INCOTERMS 2010 that will be used for this operation; FCA (Free Carrier), this means that a place will be agreed in which the goods will be delivered, also we will pay all the cost of transportation, our obligation as an exporter ends at that point, there and on the responsibilities will be of the importer company, and considering the conditions included in the contract.

Centro, Guasave, Sinaloa, cumpliendo con los términos y condiciones relacionados con México, venciendo el  6 de Diciembre del 2015.

Esta carta de crédito es emitida para garantizar el cumplimiento y la calidad requerida, Cupcakes Kaams es una compañía con altos estándares de productividad, y que está siempre apegado a las especificaciones del cliente.

Este documento contiene los términos basados en los INCOTERMS 2010 que serán usados en esta operación; FCA (Free Carrier), esto significa que un lugar será acordado en el cual los bienes serán entregados, nuestra obligación como exportador termina en ese punto, a partir de ese momento las responsabilidades serán de la compañía importadora, y considerando las condiciones incluidas en el contrato.
