ABSTRACT

It verified that the hypothesis is correct then making the conclusions reached in the course of work are listed.

1. The insertion in the global market of domestic enterprises is due to the constant search for new markets and initiative propis of these companies, trying to find the best way to become competitive both nationally and internationally. This search has led to the level of foreign trade of the city is relatively high, as companies have good equity in their import purchases and export sales.

1. The port operation is an issue that is constantly evolving, requiring increasing specialization and efficiency to act as a modal interchanges of high performance, which is why the rules of operation and definition of the infrastructure capacity must be continuously analyzed to ensure that the level of service provided always store the optimum.

1. It is appropriate to note that the detailed analysis of the capacity of the infrastructure should be made with parameters that meet actual conditions, because otherwise, there is a good chance that the infrastructure does not take advantage efficiently.

1. The port capacity should be a value known by those interested in the operation of the infrastructure, as this depends on the efficiency of operations.

                                              PRESENTACIÓN

Este trabajo de investigación surge como una respuesta a las exigencias del mercado, dificultades observadas personalmente en el sistema de gestión logística y su influencia en las operaciones de transporte internacional para el desarrollo del comercio exterior en el puerto del Callao.

Utilizaremos conceptos y herramientas aportadas por la metodología para el desarrollo de esta investigación.

• El nivel de abstracción propio de los conceptos estudiados.
• El grado de madurez y desarrollo en cuanto a la no consolidación de un pensamiento formal, dada la juventud de los estudiantes.
• El desconocimiento total de los temas introductorios previos, por el poco tratamiento que se realiza.

Estos puntos conllevan a que estas áreas de estudio resultan muy difíciles para una gran mayoría de los estudiantes que ingresan a la educación superior y sus programas académicos.

El manejo de las cantidades de información, si estas resultan ilimitadas, resultan inapropiadas en situaciones de realidad.

Un agradecimiento por anticipado por todas las críticas constructivas que me hagan conocer, así también como las sugerencias y aportes que permitan enriquecer y manejar el trabajo.
