Simple present
We use simple present to express daily rutines.
For instance:
- I wake up very early on Sundays
- You brush your teeth after meals
- She has breakfast every morning[pic 1]

Subject + verb + complement[pic 4]
We live in a small house
Subject + don’t/ doesn’t +verb (infinitive) + complement.[pic 5][pic 6]

For positive way
- Those verbs ending in:
- O, X, CH, SH, S
- We conjugated with she, he and it, a “ES” has to be added.
For instance:
- Go- goes/ fix- fixes/ watch- watches/ wash- washes/ Kiss- kisses.
- Those verbs ending in consonant +Y when they are conjugated with she, he ori t, the “Y” disappear and it is replaced by “IES”.
- Cry- cries/ study- studies/ fly- flies.
- But when the verb ends in vowal + Y, only a S is necessary.
- Play- plays/ say- says/ stay- stays.
