In this film we saw the truths about the junk food, mostly Mc Donald’s and Wendy's. I understand that the junk food increases much weight of all people and is so bad for your health but even so I still like it, but I don't have excessive consumption.
So much people like me know what they are made of but still consume, and it's very difficult to leave it. These foods are causing many diseases, like atherosclerosis (clogged veins; fat in the heart and liver causing wear for the organs weight).
These foods are as bad as alcohol because the results are seen over time, not immediately and when they are seen, the damages at the person are already well advanced. I don't think a person can die from eating a hamburger per day but is best avoid this.
Interesting documentary probably discarded for others fast foods chains, either way, I'm going to say that no matter how bad or good the food of these restaurants are, the really important thing is that people have to learn to become aware of the dangers to which we are exposed.
When I visited Texas I observed many obese people I care a little or nothing of their own health, how to blame a fast food chain by obesity? Personally I don't like Mc Donald’s hamburgers, I just eat Carl’s Jr and I consume it once a month.
But if you abuse of this food and don't exercises, look no responsible because in open science you know that you're solely responsible.
