  • Manufacturing process:

A   industrial process ,   manufacturing process ,   manufacture   or   production   is the set of operations necessary to modify the characteristics of the   raw materials . These characteristics can be of a very varied nature such as shape, density, strength, size or aesthetics. They are carried out in the field of   industry .

In other words, the   manufacture   describes the transformation of   raw Materials   in finished products for sale. It also involves manufacturing processes of semi- manufactured products .

Manufacturing has become an immense portion of the   economy   of the modern world. According to some economists, manufacturing is a sector that produces wealth in an economy

  • Industrial automation:

Industrial Automation is the application of different technologies to control and monitor a process, machine, device or device that usually performs functions or repetitive tasks, making it operate automatically, minimizing human intervention.

What is sought with industrial automation is to generate the largest amount of product, in the shortest time possible, in order to reduce costs and ensure uniformity in quality.

  • Robotic arm:

A common robotic arm is made of seven segments joined by six joints or joints. The computer controls the robot by rotating several individual motors. Unlike ordinary engines, these types of engines move in exact increments. This allows the   computer   move the arm in a very precise way, repeating exactly the same movement over and over again. The robot uses motion sensors to make sure it moves just as necessary.

The robotic hands have integrated pressure sensors that tell the computer how hard it is pressing a certain object. This prevents the robot from dropping or breaking what it is carrying .

Most robots in the world are designed for heavy and repetitive manual work. They handle tasks that are difficult, dangerous and boring for the human being.

  • Electronic components:

A   electronic component   is a device that is part of a   electronic circuit . They are usually   encapsulate , usually in a material   ceramic ,   metal   or   plastic , and finish in two or more  terminals   or metal pins. They are designed to be connected to each other, usually by welding, to a   printed circuit , to form the mentioned circuit.

Description of planning and development of the project

The realization of the project began on February 12 of the current year, will consist of two conveyor belts that will take a certain product to an arm that will have a 90 degree turn and this will be responsible for packaging the product.

In a span of two days we all took on the task of investigating about automation and more specifically about robotic arms.

Making our schedule was a very important step since we could realize how we would be organized and what pace we should have to achieve the goal of a lapse of approximately 4 months, the following was to distribute the topics of the written work to be equal and let's all work together and learn the same.

To continue we had to define how we would be in the project to know where to start and where to go.

Having our prototype we were able to make a list of the materials that could be occupied, considering the extra material that could be needed at any given moment.

Among the materials we need to buy wood for the base, acrylic for the arm, actuators, servomotors, motors, sensors, eliminator, energy, plates, PBC. Among others that are face-to-face such as the cable to connect resistances and LED strips for a better presentation.
