Why the Colombians are we poor? 

Colombia is a country with wealth anddiversity, it possesses 35000 species ofplants, more than 3000 species ofvertebrates, 1800 species of birds, 27 species of reptiles,712 types ofamphibians,127 types of fish, hundredsof moorlands, oil, coal, gold, nickel, silver, platinum, natural gas, emeralds, fruits, vegetables, coffee, coasts, rivers, grounds where it is possible to cultivate, gained, etc. But in spite of possessing sobig patrimony it keeps on being a poorcountry crossed by the violence, theinequity, the corruption, a bad system ofhealth and an education at a very lowlevel. 
We live convinced that countriespersons like Europe, in spite of notpossessing wealths as our own ones aremore intelligent, with more advanced technologies, with more money and power, only because they are of the firstworld. That countries as Japan are godsfor having created the technology that we use now a days, but these ideas are only myths, but there are countries that work to overcome the poverty. 
In countries like Japan, the persons aren’t intelligent, but they have learned to be employed at group, cooperatively. Inthese persons there exists the discipline, the calmness and the wellbeing of theothers to achieve a common target, this way they have come to so forward position been like country and although they did not invent the technology that we use, proprietors are of etasrecognized companies on a global scale.The Colombian person is lacking indiscipline, in responsibility, alone thepersonal wellbeing worries him and tobe employed at team is a big problem.
