Suspiros Pastelerías originates from a combination of ideas and dreams of a Mexican family that were gradually materializing thanks to their effort and determination that they have put on themselves through the years to obtain the success they have nowadays. Is in this business opportunity where Suspiros Pastelerías is born. At the very beginning, the bakery made everything is a rusty way in the home of the Espaza’s family. It was inside their house where they bake the cakes, once finished they delivered them in a small local where the operations took place.

The recognized of quality, flavor and services of Esparza’s family expand over all Hermosillo, Sonora society. Finally all the hard work they have been doing started to show some success. The family had a great business vision, thanks to that, revenues of the first establishment were so high they decided to invest in machinery, technology, human capital and production capacity. As a result of all the investment made, the family continue to grow at some point where they decided to open a second establishment in the same city. Then, they expanded to others towns: Nogales, Sonora and Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Simultaneously this progress initiated an operative growth through sales and organize control system which have help the daily operations of the bakery, in the other hand the development of a management device which is responsible of the accountancy, procedures and federal obligations that the enterprise is responsible for.  

Nowadays, Suspiros Pastelerías has 11 years in the market and is considered to be one of the best confectioneries of Sonora, as well as the leader in the market. Suspiros Pastelerías has presence in 13 states in the north and center on Mexico with 243 locals.
