Moral, Ethics & values.

We are forgetting the values and ethics, which are related to family, school and group of people around us during the development period vary from group to group, even from person to person, are unwritten rules but we know exist, we find groups of people who informally judged to others based on ethical principles and perform actions that usually go against the law and a truly democratic society, the most important value, must be respect for the law.

Societies have shown that civilizations require a legal framework to function in a civilized, legal body frame will give to govern the conduct of individuals in society and the need for society to move in a certain direction stimulus and its violation it is an attack not only against the present but to the future of society.

Ethics is the ideal of human behavior that guides each person what is good and right and it should take, directing his life to the good relationship with his fellow seeking the common good. Ethics discovers values in all human acts.

Every day we see acts of violence, corruption at all levels of our society, whether on a personal level, labor, institutional. Corruption is rampant, the Creole vividness is rather a symbol of grandeur, while better you are cheating, you're bigger. There is a kind of idealization of having more, at any cost.

Values are in humans and are promoted or change in institutions as the first institution is the family and who does not have or does not recognize the family value is unlikely to have strong values.

The existence of moral norms has always affected the human person, since from small grasp by various means the existence of such rules, and indeed, if we are affected by them in the form of advice, order or in other cases as a obligation or prohibition, but always in order to try to orient and even determine human behavior.

Since moral norms exist in the consciousness of each, this causes exist different views and therefore problems when considering the different existential answers exercising people against them.

One of the biggest problems we have is about freedom and debauchery, we all have different kind of entertainment for some fall into debauchery but for those who are accustomed to that kind of fun is normal and not see it as unethical.

The fundamental role of families for individuals is vital, for it is within them where universal values are promoted: respect, communication, solidarity, freedom, equality and tolerance.

They have the strength to face the difficulties that each of its members face and it is precisely the practice of these values that develop habits to coexist.

Factors contributing to building a responsible, fair and egalitarian society are reinforced according to the stability and training that family members have to generate income and make proper parenting.

Organizational values are the conviction that members of an organization have as to prefer certain state of affairs over others (honesty, efficiency, quality, trust, etc.)
