Titan A.E.

The chapter in my mini comic book, I think was the one that had the most impacting words of all. It sets up the whole story. Most important, it shows the main character and shows a very important even. My comic starts off with Sam Tucker saying goodbye to the main character, and his dear son Cale Tucker. He gives his son his precious ring. It is very important because this ring is actually a map to find Titan which happens later in the book. The reason he and everyone else is leaving is because the Drej are invading Earth. As said in my comic, the Drej are an alien species who want to exterminate humanity.

Sam then leaves his son to his alien friend named Tek. There is a silver rocket which they will both use to escape. On the other hand Sam will take humanity’s last hope the Titan. When Tek and Cale are out of Earth they could see the Drej leader ship emitting purple sparks or beams to Earth. These powerful rays are literally tearing Earth apart! Cale is witnessing the total doom of their beloved home.

Before, the planet would collapse and explode, out of nowhere a spaceship of gigantic proportions shoots up to the darkened skies of Earth. Tek recalls the ship to be the majestic Titan which was piloted by Cale’s father, Sam. The Titan evades destruction and flees from planet Earth. It is said that the Sam went far away to hide the Titan so the Drej would never find it. Finally the chapter ends with you foreshadowing what Cale will do , either to find his father or to rescue mankind by finding the legendary Titan.
